Hand write in your book each day every positive happening, difference, contrast, beauty, new thing, old thing looking different, etc. that you notice. No entry is too small.

Do your exercises

Do any exercises Barry Morguelan gives you. They are "set" to release energy. If you want more energy, do the sets of exercises additional times. You only "have" to do them the way he said to, however the more you do them the more Energy you get from them. Try it.

Take action on your goals

Take a step toward your goals each day. If you step forward into the goals, using your energy to engage them, then the Energy will join you to empower you. It does not work for you to wait until the Energy pulls you along. That is just not the way it is set up. You take the step and the cliff extends under you.

Reinvest your gains

As you see results in obtaining your goals, reinvest your gains, just like you would reinvest profits in a growing business. Go faster, take larger steps, take on more of your goal, be bolder, etc. You can't mess up the Energy by doing this. You are fueling the momentum when you step further into your goals with the Energy.

Get one hour more sleep each day

Get one hour more sleep each day or as much sleep as you can. The Energy works for you and on you in your sleep.

Let it go and start your practices again. You ARE doing the best you can.
